Kryptic Alpha Stages

So as you all probably know, Way Of Math has been working on a project called Kryptic all summer. I am proud to announce we are in the Alpha testing stages of the encryption tool. We have implemented AES 256-Bit encryption, and it works on any file, whether it be avi, or txt. We still want to polish it up, because it may have some bugs, which is why we will release it for download within the next week or so, so that anyone can test it.

This was a two-man project. My friend, Istvan created a cross platform version, and I created a primary mac version. We set up a website called www.twodumpling.org to post all of our upcoming projects/releases, including Kryptic. So go check that out! In addition, I will be working on a mobile version for the iPhone, so users can encrypt important files on the go! Anyway, I aim to have the download link up (desktop version) in the downloads page in early September.

We started a new project called Kryptic and it will be our main focus for the next couple months. We are determined to release our first legitimate program (which of course will be free ($$) and open-source.

Kryptic utlizes 256-bit AES military grade encryption to encrypt files that users select through a path selector. This program will be unique in its simplicity and user-friendliness. We want users to feel they don't exactly have to be "Tech-savvy" to use such applications. Our plan is to create a cross-platform version that would be used primarily with Linux and Windows (Istvan), and a Mac version that I would be creating. This site updates you on projects that we work on. We will have downloads available. Unfortunately, we have not had the time to get the site up since recently, so please forgive us. Hopefully, we will continue to update you all.
